Christy needs Artificial Disk Replacement Surgery to get her Life back!

Christy is turning 25 years old this month and has been diagnosed with Degenerative Disk Disease of her L3-4, L4-5, and L5-S1 and 2 of the 3 disks are bulging causing excruciating pain in her lower back as well as both legs down to her feet
Nine years ago she had a cheerleading accident during practice in the gym without mats on the floor in Vernon, AL. They were practicing a shoulder sit where she was supposed to land on another girl's shoulder. Instead of landing correctly, she was thrown over the girl's shoulder landing on her tailbone directly on the gym floor with legs in the air.
After an MRI and other bone tests, she was sent to a specialists in Tuscaloosa, AL. First many conservative methods were used to try to relieve pain including: physical therapy, spinal steroid injections, and pain management. On December 22, 2002, she underwent L4-5 Discectomy to cut the disk from the nerve.
She was diagnosed with degenerative disks disease and was made aware that she would continue to have back pain until technology increased in order to fix her back with less complications.
During college at the University of Alabama, she had 3-4 spinal blocks a year to relieve pain enough for her to work full time and go to school. She graduated in May of 2010.
Christy's last 3 injections provided zero pain relief. She has been selected by world renowned Prof. Dr. Bertagnoli to perform her artificial disk replacement surgery.
Doctors in the U.S do not specialize in ADR because it is not approved for 3 levels in the United States, nor will insurance cover the surgery. In Germany the cost is half the price.
Christy now needs to raise $60,000 for the surgery as well as travel expenses. You may get additional details on Without this surgery Christy will have to continue being in excruciating pain in her lower back and legs unable to walk, sit, or stand for more than 10 min. at a time. Please help!
Everything is appreciated!
