Due to Bubba's large size, treatment is estimated at $980. Please help Bubba breathe and play again. Donations go directly to the vet.

Bubba ia a 130 pound Great Pyrenees who was abandoned outside Savannah GA in 100 plus degree weather. Bubba was found wrapped in barbed wire and starving. He was rescued by Chatham County Animal Control. Bubba was shaved down to remove the barbed wire, but still bears the scars of the barbed wire. Bubba tested positive for heartworms. He is a wonderful dog and has gained 20 pounds since we started fostering him. He is doing great, but is very tired and sick with belabored breathing due to his heartworm positive condition. We have him on doxycycline to prepare for heartworm surgery. Due to rising medical bills of our preschooler, we cannot pay for the heartworm surgery out of pocket. Please help this wonderful gentle giant get the treatment he needs.
