The friends and family of our wounded Hero's are uniting to raise money for the losses they have suffered durring war.

On April 3, 2011 while deployed in Afghanistan, Lcpl Evan Willey was hit by an IED (Improvised Explosive Device) receiving shrapnel to the entire right side of his body. After two surgeries Evan was diagnosed with a TBI and chronic PTSD. Throughout the past year Evan has been attending inpatient facilities, where his condition has been slowly progressing.

Just months before in November of 2010, Lcpl Nick Eufrazio was hit by a grenade where he sustained severe injuries placing him in intensive care for the past two years. For these Hero's, living day to day is a constant battle with these injuries.
At this time I joined the wounded warrior support and caregiver groups because my husband and I were struggling, needing more of an understanding what adjustments were needed after being wounded in combat. It was here that I met the amazing service members who are now paying the ultimate price and their family members who must also carry along this burden.

Between medical treatments to the constant needing of accommodations for these wounded soldiers, and the inability to perform their jobs anymore, it has become extremely difficult for these individuals to provide stable environments at home.
From personal experience, along with spending much time with these Hero's and their families, I have come to understand the constant struggles these warriors face on a daily basis. My goal is to provide a sense of comfort for these Hero's and their families in being able to give them donations in return for their loss they have suffered both physically and mentally.

Every year, thousands of men and woman are injured durring combat. Many sustaining injuries will that affect them and their families for the rest of their lives. Please help me in raising money for these soldiers who've sustained injuries while defending our freedom...Freedom isn't free!

All generous contributions are deeply appreciated, along with the many thoughts and prayers needed! Donations will be going to the wounded and their families, along with the Wounded Warrior Battalion on Camp Lejuene, NC for all that they do in helping our Hero's through their healing process.

The Wounded Warrior Battalion provides a variety of programs for these service memebers, from the War Program to Internships, and hosting many events for the wounded to get out and experience the joy in life, when all they feel is pain. They provide a huge support for these men and women, in giving them the tools they need in order to help move past their struggles and gain back their independence!
