The family and friends of Rebecha are uniting to raise money to help with her battle against breast cancer. Please show your support!

On October 13, 2012 our lives changed forever as we heard the news that Rebecha had Stage 2B breast cancer that had spread to her lymphnodes. My wife quickly decided that the most aggressive treatment plan was for her. After some battles with Insurance her surgery for a double mastectomy and lymph node removal was scheduled for the day before her 27th birthday. In January of 2012 she started her chemo treatments. Pretty much anything that could go wrong during chemo did. Including a few hospital stays for a kidney infection, shingles, having an allergic reaction to chemotherapy and has left her with severe Chemotherapy Induced Neuropathy. She has no feeling in her hands and feet and the pain has become a daily struggle. Rebecha puts on such a brave strong front that hardly anyone realizes just how sick and sore she actually is. Because her CIN has become so bad they cancelled her last chemo treatment. Which leaves us where we are now. Getting ready for the next phase of getting her better. She meets with the radiation oncologist to discuss the next steps next week and is also meeting with her plastic surgeon to discuss what steps will be next in her reconstruction following radiation. During this process Rebecha had also discovered that pre cancerous cells have formed on her cervix and she will eventually be needing a full hysterectomy once she is cleared by oncology to do so. All this news has not only been trying on our new marriage but has given us strength and put into perspective how precious life actually is. Rebecha is definetly ready to have cancer behind her however, she knows that this experience has molded her and given her a new outlook on life. It has been difficult trying to work around appointments, chemo schedules and nursing my wife back to health. We appreciate all the love and support you all have alredy shown to us and continue to show us.
