Family & Friends of Josh Saunders are uniting to help raise money since an automobile accident has left him unable to work for 4-6 month
On November 14, 2012 my step brother Josh was on his way to The Country Church in Marion, TX to pick up his daughter Shanna from youth group. Josh was stopped waiting for traffic to pass before turning into the church when he was hit from behind at 65mph, the driver was obviously very distracted as she never applied her brakes. Josh's injuries include 2 fractures of the c2 vertebrae (broken neck), loss of 1 tooth so far with others being loose and terrible bruising on right side and both legs. With the C2 Vertegbrae and its location to the spinal cord, the surgeons are hoping the fractures will fuse on its own. Surgery at this point is to risky. The information we have today from the doctors is Josh will potentially be out of work for 4 to 6 months. This is subject to change based on how he heals and if surgery is needed. Josh has been a single father of 3 girls for over 12 years, currently providing for 2 and without work will not be able to pay for housing, electric, water, or food and therefore would not be able to care for his girls. Would you join me in helping Josh get through the next 6 months without worry of losing everything.
