The family and friends of Brian and Rachel Stolpe are raising money to help provide care to their 2 year old daughter Lily who has CdLS.

****Words can not express how much this experience has blessed us. The generous outpouring of love and support has been so beautiful. We are still in awe of how much each of you have given to help our family. Through this fundraiser you have all raised a renewed spirit of charity in our hearts. We are so very humbled and thankful. We will be closing our Give Forward site on June 1, 2012. Please know how much we cherish you all and treasure your generous gifts.****

Elizabeth Claire Stolpe was born on September 13, 2009 to Brian and Rachel in England where Brian was stationed on an Air Force Base. For many months following her birth, Lily had various unexplained medical issues. Doctors and specialists worked tirelessly to discover what was affecting little Lily. In February of 2010, Lily was diagnosed with Cornelia de Lange Syndrome. Cornelia de Lange Syndrome, also known as CdLS, is a genetic disorder that causes a range of physical, cognitive and medical challenges.

The CdLS Foundation offers a conference every two years to help children affected by CdLS receive premium care by the leading experts in the field. The conference will not only greatly help with Lily's development, but it will also provide the family an opportunity to learn essential skills that will be very valuable as they raise Lily. Your donation will provide Lily's family the opportunity to attend this years conference by helping to cover the expenses for travel, lodging, and conference fees.

Thank you so much for your support of Lily and her family!!!
