We all have the obligation to support the veterans that have come back home and the families. We thank you in advance. Alisa 402-813-5648

Hi. My name is Alisa Frieson. My husband, Charles and I have been married for 23 years and have 4 adult children. We are a christian family that has incountered some problems that we can't work through.

Our son, James was injured in Iraq July 4, 2004 and is now paralized from the neck down. He has 24 hour nursing that the VA provides for a paraplegic. We appreciate that but, sorry to say, it does not cover everything that he needs. My husband and I travel to is home on a regular basis (about 30 miles each way).
If for some reason a nurse cannot come that day, we fill in. We take him to his Dr.s appointments, shopping, church. We perform maintenance on his home. At times we will go just to relieve his wife and son so that they can be involved in boyscouts. etc. There is a lot to do. He is our son so, if there is ever a question, the answer is yes.
Our parents are elderly and have other cituations that require attention. Dad, age 82 has alzheimer's disease. He seems to have lost 40-50 years from his memory. By the way, he also a Vet. Mom is OK except going up and down the steps to their home has gotten to be a real task. All in all, it can easily take all day to complete an errand because of the time and distance between homes. It may take more than a day, if we go to the Maddonna Center in Lincoln, NE.
Our goal is to purchase the property next to James' home and build a house there. That would illiminate a lot of travel time. Plus, we would have the comfort of being close to each other.

The address of the lot is 15109 Gilder Ave., Bennington, NE 68007. We need a house big enough for 4 people. I will edit and add a price after talking to the realestate people. Everything can be verified if necessary. Just let me know.
