The family and friends of Cory Martinez are uniting to raise money to help with his battle against kerataconus. Please show your support!

Team Cory!
Twenty years ago, Cory, my husband, was diagnosed with a cornea diseased called
Kerataconus. From the time he was diagnosed his life has changed drastically. His
vision became to deteriorate rapidly and he was no longer able to use regular
glasses. He was also unable to wear soft contacts since the doctors said it
wouldn't help his vision. At that time his only hope was hard contact lenses. Forced to wear hard contacts was a painful and trying experience. Throughout the years, we have found people with Kerataconus had to undergo a cornea transplant. Some of them have been successful but with the chance that at any moment the new cornea will be rejected. This process will eventually cause them to lose their vision and their only hope is for another cornea transplant.
Today, after twenty years, their is hope for my husband. He will be able to see without using contacts and he will be able to see and perform at his job close to 100 percent.
The procedure and name of this new treatment is called Holcomb C3-R and is only available thru Dr. Boxer-Wachler in Los Angeles. The surgery will repair the corneas and his vision will be restored the same day. We would appreciate any help in the hope for a new life for my husband. Cory is an amazing husband, son, brother and pretty soon an amazing dad. He works incredibly
hard for us and he has never given up hope that someday he will be able to see clearly again.
