We will forever be grateful for your help. We will forever be grateful for your prayers. His journey has begun and we will be there for him.

Brandon is 28 years old. He has been diagnosed with
Epitheloid Sarcoma and Myoepithelial Carcinoma, These are rare cancers that only one in ten million get. Brandon has a 9 month old son and a 7 yr old daughter. He has not had health insurance until recently and will not be able to work for some time to come. At this time he has substantial amounts in unpaid medical expenses and the costs of travel to doctors visits and treatment are taking a toll.
Brandon is a great guy, he loves fishing, going to the gym and he never, ever complaines about anything. He is funny, happy and someone you would want to know.
His son Tucker is 9 months old and the love of his life.
His daughter Candace brightens any room.
And his long time partner, Carmelita is his best friend.
Several months ago he had a tumor removed from his hand and after the biopsy he found out about this sarcoma. On January 27th, he had a nodule removed from his upper lung and 2 lymph nodes removed from his arm to see where he is with this. The surgery itself was painful and a long recovery has begun, and even longer fight awaits ahead. The results of these tests showed that the nodule removed from his lung was a cancer called Myoepithelial Carcinoma, another rare cancer that is related to the cancer from his hand. Therefore meaning that it had spread throughout his body, via his bloodstream. Brandon started Chemotherapy treatments on February 28th and had been continuing them every other week until April 3rd when he was taken off the Chemotherapy because it was not working and his tumors had continued to grow. April 3rd, Brandon also had a follow-up MRI of his hand and a CT scan of his upper body/torso. The results showed that he now has a new tumor growing in his hand. The other two tumors have also doubled in size. The CT scan showed that the tumors in his lungs have also gotten bigger. One of them almost tripled in size which is significant growth in a little over a months time. The tumor in his Liver stayed about the same, and his stomach lymph node that was enlarged is also slightly even larger then it was before. As of right now the doctors have no cure or even a concrete treatment plan for Brandon. He is in the process this week of consulting with a couple hand specialists to see if they can remove the tumors out of Brandon's hand as those are bothering him quite a bit. Even with extensive pain medications he is still in great pain from them. Depending on if the surgeons can do surgery or not, Brandon will probably be undergoing some radiation in the near future and be put on a clinical trial in hopes that we can find something beneficial for Brandon. The CT scan also showed that Brandon has a blood clot in one of his lungs which is new, so he has to be given shots in his stomach everyday in hopes that it will help break up the clot. We will continue to keep everyone updated on this.Unfortunately the survival rate for this type of disease is substantially low, and all we can do is hope for the best.

Please, If anyone feels they can help, no matter what the amount, we would appreciate it with all our hearts and be forever grateful. The ongoing expenses for Brandon's care are really taking a toll on his family and they do need all the help they can get from loving and caring people like you.

Please keep them in your prayers.
