Sara Gaver was born with Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congentita. She has dreams to go to college this fall, but will need full time care. Help!

Please be aware: Sara does NOT need money to go to school. With scholarships and financial aid and such, she has all of that covered. We are not asking that money be given for her to go to school, but for her to have help while she is there. Without help, she cannot go.

Sara Gaver has Arthrogryposis Multiplex Congenita which significantly impacts her mobility due to numerous missing or fused joints and muscles throughout the body. She is currently confined to a wheelchair and the prognosis is not likely to change. She will be attending UNF this fall, but will need full time care and will not be provided any. The full time care will cost $5000 a month, and while she has enough to cover school, she does not have nearly enough money to cover the care that she will need. Disability does not pay nearly enough, so we are trying to raise as much as we can so she can pursue her dreams and go to college just like everyone else. Any amount, big or small, will be greatly appreciated.

Sara is very involved in school. She's president of the senior class, vice president of the chorus, president of the glee club, in the National Honor Society, part of the Academic team, in the Interact Club, and many other things. She has a 4.3 GPA, and is in the top 3% of her class.

While Sara's disability prevents her from being able to do many things physically, it has never stopped her mentally. She dreams to become a math teacher and show students that you can do anything you dream.

Please, all we're asking for is five dollars. Five dollars from everyone adds up a lot quicker than you think. So please, donate! ANYTHING and EVERYTHING will help. And ask EVERYONE you know to donate, too. If everybody you know and the people they know and the people they know and so forth donate, JUST FIVE DOLLARS, Sara will have this money no problem. So please, SPREAD THE WORD! Without this, Sara cannot go to college, because schools are not required to provide her with care outside of the classroom. She has worked her butt off her entire life, and she has earned this. The fact that she has physical limitations should not stop her from her dreams. As one of her best friends for years, I promise you that she's worth it.
