The family and friends of Austin Jones are rallying to raise money to help aide him with his muscular dystrophy and a new wheelchair.
Austin Jones is my 16 year old nephew who is in desperate need of a new wheel chair. His current chair is falling apart and limits his activities. Austin loves to hunt with his dad, spend time with his family, attending sporting events especially the Detroit Tigers. Austin has always been an honor roll student who attends church often with his family. Despite his disease, he is the funniest and brightest kid I have ever known. He possesses a great personality and has a positive out look on life. He has been in a wheelchair since he was 5 years old, he was diagonoised with a rare form of muscular dystrophy at the age of 18 months old. At age 5 he lost his ability to walk and has had to rely on a ventilator for most of his life. Austin is the youngest of three children in his family. He needs around the clock care which is provided by his parents. Not only does a new wheelchair provide more freedoms to Austin, it would make life a little easier for his parents. Every 16 year old boy wants a cool set of wheels, Austin is no different. Please support us to help make this become a reality for Austin. Thank you, Monica Beyer on behalf of Austin Jones
