Thank you for your prayers, condolences and contributions! We love you Connie!

***OUR FUNDRAISER WILL BE ENDING ON MAY 29, 2012. However, the Whigham family can be contacted via email at***

NOTE: From Connie's Husband, Robert:

Thank you so much for your love for our Connie. On behalf of myself, Jasmin, Johnathan and all of our extended family, please read the personal message below;

"The loss of Connie was very much unexpected. She battled with diabetes and was recently diagnosed with pneumonia, however on the morning of Mother's Day she awoke "full of spirit" as we enjoyed the day. The memories we have embedded in our hearts, is the fuel for strength that keeps us going. We appreciate all of the support from our families and friends and their unconditional love during this time. We miss her wonderful "bright" smile, so much already".

The family is deeply grateful for your prayers, contributions, donations and love.

Our Beloved "Connie" Has Gained Her Angel Wings!

By believing in our hearts and having faith, GOD will never lead us down a path that he hasn't already prepared for us to follow. It's amazing, but true that GOD has already prepared Connie's loving family and friends, to assist in keeping her legacy and memory alive in "SPIRIT"!

Just a little note to again say "THANK YOU" again for your donations, prayers, gifts, condolences and so much kindness during this time. Special thanks to Connie's & Robert's family and friends who have uplifted them in their prayers and (those who could) in presence as they traveled to Concord, NC. The Whigham family has also been showered with "SO" much love from The Mill Pond Office Staff, Mill Pond Neighbors and Friends, Harris Teeter Corporation and of course the McEwen-Derita Chapel for everything that you have done thus far for Robert, Jasmin and Jonathan. Nothing has gone unnoticed and the family is "VERY" grateful and appreciative of your kindness.

It's amazing how just telling one person about the Whigham Family story, will spread out to thousands. Prayers of comfort are needed for a life time, so I challenge each of you (to challenge the next), please help get the word out via word of mouth, social network or feel free to join one of our neighborhood events as we continue to reach out to other families about Connie's memorial fund.

We realize that nothing can ever take the personal burden, hurt or emotional pain away from those who loved Connie, however remember to pray for each other (as well as her immediate family) in the hours, days, weeks and years to come. We hope and pray that this memorial fund, will ease the financial relief (in the days to come) for Robert, Jasmin and Jonathan.

I will continue to update this site with new information as it becomes available. Prayers are FREE and UNLIMITED, so please continue to utilize them as we all help assist Robert, Jasmine and Jonathan with strength and support.

If you have any suggestions, comments or pray request please email them to and one of our team members will contact you.

May GOD Bless you and your family

Mrs. Whigham, age 36, of Charlotte, died Sunday, May 13, 2012 at her home. Born July 11, 1975 in Augusta, GA, she was a daughter of Darryl Page and Linda Carter Page. Mrs. Whigham was a scan coordinator for Harris Teeter. The service to celebrate the life of Constance Carter Whigham will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, May 19, 2012 at McEwen Funeral Service - Derita Chapel. The family will receive friends 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM Friday at the funeral home. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Whigham is survived by her husband, Robert S. Whigham; son, Jonathan Robert Whigham; daughter, Jasmin Denise Whigham; two sisters, Neoki and Shakotta and three nieces, Nevaeh, Akashia and Kaleigh.

On the evening of May 13, 2012, GOD called our loving "Connie" home to rest. She enjoyed a beautiful Mother's Day with her loving husband Robert and their nine year old daughter and son (twins).

Connie entered heaven "pain-free" and became her families "Guardian Angel". Even though death leaves a heartache no one can heal, the love that Connie's family, friends and co-workers have for her is precious memories that no one can ever steal.

This site has been designed in honor of a "Strong, Loveable & Cheerful" wife, mother, daughter, granddaughter, cousin, sister, niece and friend who we all knew as "Connie" or Mrs. Constance Whigham!

Funds donated to this site will be delivered directly to Robert, to help assist his family with monetary expenses during this most difficult time.

You will be truly missed and never forgotten!
