Brendan was diagnosed with an Arachnid Cyst in his membrane between his skull and brain. w i After 5 months of Migraines, Vertigo and mis-diagnoses from a previous doctor, we took him to a new doctor that did a CT scan and showed an abnormality.

We are looking for people to donate, large or small to this fund.  Along with this surgery, Brendan has been fighting Tourettes Syndrome since he was 5.   We could not have a benefit due to Brendan being sick so often, and not having anyone else to help.  Brendan is going to be home schooled for the rest of the year.  He continues to medical issues still.  To this date he has had 3 ct scans, 3 emergency room visits, numerous doctor visits, has found out that he has restless leg syndrome.  Brendan has had a tough time since the surgery.  He is having a difficult time catching up with school work, and with this being the most important year of high school for him, he is not taking it well.  Brendan was honor roll until this happened.  Now he can barely make c's from falling behind.  He has been a trooper though.  He tried going back to school a week after surgery, and toughed it out.  But that was a mistake.  He tried to make all his band concerts ( he plays bass clarinet and clarinet since he was in 5th grade.)  He went to winterball, and wants to go to prom, but we don't know if he will be well enough to go.  He now has had a fever for 5 days and they are calling it an UNKNOWN FEVER. As a mother this breaks my heart.  I just want my son back to his usual self.  And now that my husband has lost his job, we are unsure about our medical insurance.

Here is one link of many that I found about Brendan's surgery

Bret Michaels of Poison just had the extreme case of this...

Along with his medical bills which are right at $10100, mine are right up there too. So it is a two fold problem.  Any donation, big or small will help... we thank everyone for reading this.. please share with your friends.

Thank you so much

Angie
