The family and friends of Tayo Babatunde are holding a peace rally in hopes of seeking justice for his unexpected death. Please support!

Tayo Babatunde was a twenty-nine year old graduate of University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He obtained his Marketing degree in which he used to promote seasonal events in his hometown and surrounding locations for the youth. He was a Financial Executive at Citi and was exploring the option of returning to Graduate school. He was a devoted son and father to his mother, Annie Babatunde and Amiya Gore, his daughter. Tayo was determine to improve the living situations for both his mother and daughter, but was interrupted with an untimely death. This young man was a positive role model to the youth in his community and inspired many unprivileged young man to indulge in higher education as well as following their dreams. It has been a month since this young man has left his footprints in this community and justice still has not been served.

We the loved ones of Tayo Babatunde are holding a Justice for Tayo Peace Rally where we hope to have a representative from Hickory Police Department present to answer any questions regarding the arrest and conviction of persons involved. We will be serving food, providing activities for young children, and selling T-shirts at this community event. All proceeds will go to the TayoBabatunde Foundation.

In the event that you are unable to attend the Justice for Tayo Peace Rally on November 3, 2012 at 3 P.M., all donations may be submitted via website. Thanks in advance for all your support!
