The family and friends of Mary Ann Rago are uniting to raise money to help with her battle against breast cancer. Please show your support!

Mary Ann and Frank were high school sweethearts, the loves of each others' lives.  Within their 32 year marriage, they had 3 beautiful daughters- Stacey, Wendy, and Ashley.  After 22 years of working with the telephone company in New York, Frank suddenly lost his job. Mary Ann worked as a receptionist at a veterinary clinic, but they barely made enough money to get by. They struggled for a few years, using up their savings, with no medical insurance. Finally, in 2005, Frank secured a job in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida and they decided to sell their house in New York and move closer to their 2 daughters. Mary Ann got a job quickly and things were looking up. They loved living in the warm weather and were much happier in the Sunshine State!  But in 2009, Frank unexpectedly lost his job again.  Within a month of this, tragedy struck the Rago family when, at the age of 55, Frank suddenly suffered a massive heart attack and died.  Mary Ann was left with very little life insurance and unable to support herself in Florida with her job alone.  Mary Ann was forced to move back to Buffalo to live with her mom and sister. Struggling, but always a true survivor, Mary Ann remained positive for a few years and eventually moved out on her own once again.  This past year, Mary Ann was given more bad news...she had breast cancer. After surgery and radiation, the cancer was removed until recent tests showed that the cancer has spread.  Now, Mary Ann is currently undergoing  chemotherapy treatment. To help her with her medical expenses, we would appreciate any financial support that you can give. Mary Ann is such a giving and compassionate person and she is always the first one to help others.  Now it's our turn to help her! She has been on an emotional rollercoaster for the last few years and it's time that the ride takes an upturn! Plus, she is now a PROUD GRANDMA of 1-year old, Elina, and she needs to get healthy in order to keep up with that little girl!  Thank you for your thoughts and prayers.

Please support Mary Ann!
