The family of Todd DeRolf is raising money to help him win his difficult battle with cancer. Please show us your support.

My brother Todd was diagnosed with a rare and aggressive form of lung cancer. The tumor is called a superior sulcus, and has in a short amount of time ravaged his upper body and while growing pathologically broken two of his ribs clean off. The entire time this was occurring he worked two full time jobs. One as a teacher at Cox High School in Virginia Beach and the other at Joanne Fabrics as a store clerk. Upon my urging to see a doctor for constant chest pain, we received the devastating news this past December. Todd has no health insurance and because he has two jobs has not qualified for any aid. He recently began undergoing combined chemotherapy and radiation and although I have never seen someone fight so bravely, it has become the most difficult and painful fight of his life. When finished with both treatments they will then perform an aggressive dissection surgery that poses many complicated risks. We don't know what his costs will end up being, but we are focused on the most important part, which is a full cure with complete recovery. There have been times when my brother has felt alone in his life and I am sure he feels that way now. But it is my goal through this fundraiser to prove to him that he is not alone. That there are so many people that do care in this world. Any amount donated would be greatly appreciated and all donations will go towards his mounting medical expenses. Please keep Todd in your thoughts and prayers to help him win this fight.
