Tristan Jade is fighting an undiagnosed condition and needs all the help and support she can get! Prayers are always welcomed!
Tristan Jade was born March 28th, 2013. She is a perfectly normal, healthy baby. Happy, loving, talkative, and very sweet! Sadly, Tristan is battling a very rare condition. She is a silent aspirator. This means everything she consumes flows down her air pipe into her lungs instead of into her stomach. This isn't as uncommon in babies who have problems that contribute to this, such as down syndrome. However, Tristan does not have any other complications. Tristan has been to many hospitals, and many NICU's, and every doctor we meet is completely mystified on how to diagnose her, and how to treat her. Currently we feed her through a tube that leads through her nostrils into her belly. This is so uncomfortable for this little angel! One thing that doctor's do believe is that it could be nerve problems. We are talking to doctor's in Boston right now, who specialize in neurology! We are searching hard for answers! Any donation would help to paying for medical bills, and traveling little miss Tristan to Boston, Memphis, Houston, and anywhere else that is willing to assess her situation and try a new technique to heal this baby!
