Surgery to remove a growing Worthin Tumor which will cause paralysis in my face if not removed.

At the end of May 2012 I completed a 6 month treatment for my liver (chemo) for HEP C which I contracted when I was a teenager. So far the treatment has worked & I am HEP C FREE! At the end of my treatment, I developed a Wothin Tumor in my neck. After trial & error it was finally determined that it is not cancerous, THANK GOD but is attached to the main nerve in my face which, all other facial nerves stem out of. The tumor is 'normally' slow growing BUT, will continue to grow, making the possibility of having paralysis happen due to the facial nerve being there. The ENT doctor once diagnosed explained; it needs to come out & scheduled the surgery for Sept. 18th, 2012. As I was sitting in my office a week ago, the ENT office called to let me know that they contacted my insurance & got the surgery preauthorized but went further to explain that it has a $1000 deductable and before they can do it, I would need to pay this. Well, after the last 2 years, I have had 2 surgeries, 2 byopsies & now am being sued by 2 attorny's offices. I am scared that before I can come up with this money, I could loose function in my face due to this tumor growing. I need help & not sure where to turn as I have looked everywhere... While the surgery deductable is only $1000 & I would be so...thankful to even have that, Im told there will be other expenses from the other things the insurance will not pay as they only pay 80% after its paid. So, I have a coinsurance that after I pay the full $1500 of that, they will pay 100%! So while the goal is $2500, I would be so...happy to even have the first deductible of the $1000.
