Please help All Better Pets give the financial support to injured animals and help ease the burden placed on families in their time of need.

The Center for Advanced Veterinary Care is an Emergency Room for Pets Located in Manchester, NH.
We have found that the current economy has put a tremendous strain on families. So in 2011 we created a non-profit called All Better Pets, created to help pet owners in the Emergency Room find a means to pay for their pet's unexpected medical care. We ask pet owner's to commit to paying at least half of their pet's medical expense and match their committment with donations from the non-profit. For the elderly or very disabled we cover 100% of the expense. While we did not intend to become a shelter, we have found that some owners simply prefer to surrender their sick or injured pet for personal reasons..

If you have ever had the misfortune of having your beloved pet get sick or injured and required emergency care, you already know that emergency veterinary bills tend to add up fast. If you haven’t here are some example price ranges for common injuries/illnesses and services we provide:
Abdominal ultrasound: $290
Digital Radiograph: $105; 2 views $155; 3 views $205
Foreign body removal: $1,200 - $1,800
Splenectomy: $1,800 - $2,300
Bloat: $2,500 - $2,700
Cruciate repair small dog or cat: $1,400 - $1,600
C-Section: $1,200 - $1,500
Porcupine Quill Removal: $400 - $600

As you can see things add up quick and all but the Porcupine Quill Removal is life threatening.
Some animals with these curable injuries/illnesses are humanly euthanized because the financial strain is more than the family can afford. With the creation of All Better Pets, we feel empowered with the help of the community to avoid euthanasia for animals that have treatable conditions.

Our goal of $10,000 will go toward helping pets stay with their owners when faced with serious medical or surgical conditions, to provide medical care to abandoned and surrendered pets.

The staff at The Center for Advanced Veterinary Care and All Better Pets thank you for taking the time to read about our fundraiser and any donation will be greatly appreciated. The All Better Pets adoption page on our website ( highlights some of the work we have done with a dozen animals.
