An adapted van needed for my special needs child for transport.

Hello everyone. This fundraiser was started for my son Marc Anthony. He is a 5 year old boy who is in need of an adapted wheelchair van for transport. Marc was born severely premature at just 23 weeks gestation. It was a very rough go from the beginning. Marc has had a multitude of surgeries including brain surgery 4 times. Despite Marc's disabilites he is quite happy. Marc Enjoys going to school and being around his family. Marc is diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy, Hydrocephalus, Severe Cortical Visual Impairments, which makes him legally blind, feeds through a G-Tube, has a neurogenic bladder in which we have to cath him every 4 hours and Scoliosis. Marc is wheelchair confined and will be his whole life. This is the reason why he needs this special van. Besides being in a wheelchair, Marc has a lot of medical equipment that also has to go with him when he travels and a Private Duty Nurse as well.
At this point, I have been taking him to appointments in my car, which was purchased long before Marc was born. I drive around in a 2 door Chevy Cobalt, which is not very comfortable with everything going on. First I have to take his old original wheelchair apart. Then I put the pieces in the trunk, but the frame of the chair has to be strapped into the front seat due to the fact that it will not fit in her trunk. Then Marc goes into a carseat which he is getting too big for and then we pack in the medical equipment and finally his Private Duty Nurse.
I am a single mom who can only work part time because the rest of the time I am taking care of Marc. Due to unforseen circumstances I cannot get the van on my own, which I have tried already. I just want Marc to have the same opportunities as every other child and that is to be able to go places, spend time with family and friends and just to be comfortable in transport.
Please find it in your heart to help in any way you can.
Thank you for opening up your hearts to me.
Love Marc.
