The family & friends of Clark and Carla are uniting to raise money to help with an incurable disease. Please show your support!

“Our Hope Is You Share & Care”

When tragedy occurs, the impact does not stop with the family. The anxious feelings, hurt, and sorrow multiplies to everyone’s heart that loves them. Much too often, we are left feeling helpless not knowing how to assist friends during their hardships.

Our dear friends Carla and Clark Wiedenheft were met with an unexpected, unwelcome surprise in late 2011. One horrific Sunday in late November, Clark was diagnosed with small cell lung cancer. This type of cancer is known to be more aggressive, grows rapidly, and spreads to other regions of the body (such as another lobe or brain). This type of lung cancer disease cannot be cured by surgery and treatment is the only option available.

As of August 2012, Clark has had 5 rounds of chemotherapy. He has had 10 rounds of radiation to the brain to target the tumors along with 45 rounds of radiation to the chest. Unfortunately, our dear friend Clark is not a candidate for clinical trials so treating his illness is the only available option at this time. We are uncertain how many more days we will have our friend here with us on earth.

I am sure at this point you are asking “WHAT CAN I DO?”

With the help of an online fundraising site, GIVEFORWARD, we are asking for “YOUR” monetary donations to help support the family with their medical expenses. The site is secure and safe for accepting donations made with credit / debit cards.

Our prayers, hope, and love extends out to CARLA AND CLARK at this time and I hope you also find compassion to support this family first by PRAYERS and then by MONETARY support. Whether you give a little, or give a lot, this family will be appreciative. Please join me in my cause for helping this family.

Peace and Love
