Help during a time of need....
Jesse was rushed to the nearest hospital. The attack left Jesse with two jaw fractures, multiple skin abrasions and cuts, a great deal of soft tissue trauma all over, and not to mention an overload of emotional stress.
Saturday afternoon Jesse went through a 2 hour surgery to plate and wire his jaw fractures. Due to the severity of the fractures his jaw had to be wired shut for the next four weeks. Aside from his jaw, which is his biggest battle, he struggles to walk because his knees and legs were so badly beaten. Jesse is also suffering from severe nausea every time his attempts to walk, sit up, or exert himself in any manner.
Jesse was able to return home Sunday evening. Where he is receiving around the clock care and support from his family and close friends. In the weeks to come he will have numerous doctor visits until his jaw fractures have healed.
Sadly the men that did this to Jesse have not been caught. The police have filled a report and are helping how they can.
This horrible incident will leave Jesse with numerous and very expensive medical bills. The major surgery, ambulance transport, staying in the hospital with constant supervision, follow-up doctor visits, and special dietary needs, it will start adding up very quickly! We want Jesse to focus on getting better not stressing about the medical expenses.
For anyone who knows Jesse knows he is the most outgoing, optimistic, talented, and caring individual. He needs everyone to lend a hand and help in this time of need…he would certainly do it for any of us!
