My story is very simple, I am a 13 year old kid that loves food (as per my parents lol). So my dad started to teach me how to cook.

I'd like to take the time to talk a little about my son, he is 13 yrs old and very passionate about cooking and baking... He loves to bake actually: just yesterday he came home from school with tears in his eyes.. I was a bit worried that something had happened in school so I asked what seems to be the problem..? He said his principal in school took him into the office proceeded to go through his bag took his container of cookies he was selling and took his money away from him and told him he was not allowed to sell his cookies in school. As his father I immediately called the school to get a very disgruntled person on the other end who gave the impression that they cared nothing for my child and what he was doing. instead of asking questions and learning more about why he was doing what he was doing they shut him down with no explanation as to why he can't sell his home made cookies to friends and family. Now It sparked something in him that I have not seen to date in a 13 yr old where he want even more to pursue his passion for cooking and baking to farthest' level. as far as getting proper food handling licences and renting a commercial kitchen to be able to process and bake his cookies and candies. we are working parent my wife and I can only do so much and all we can at the present, all proceeds from this fundraiser is going into the development of Matthew's baking Business. A a father I will not sit idly by and watch my son fail As I promised him when we first layed eyes on each other: i will do all I can in this life and the next to make all of his dreams a reality.

Thank you all for taking the time to read and all donations are greatly appreciated. there is a website where u can checkout my sons work and see for yourself he is very serious about his endevours. or like his page on facebook
