PLEASE HELP US SAVE WAFFLES Any amount helps!

Waffles is a 5-7 year old Red Tick Coonhound. We found Waffles walking down Interstate 85 in Virginia on July 27, 2011 (my birthday). We took Waffles to the vet in North Carolina where she was treated for ticks and hookworm. The vet told us she had a mammary mass. Unable to successfully contact her owner, we brought Waffles home to New Jersey. Waffles went to the Red Bank Veterinary Hospital on August 3, 2011 and we were informed that she had (in the past) had broken ribs and multiple mammary masses. Waffles went in for surgery on August 6, 2011 for a spay and mass removal. The vet found seven masses and we were just informed that they are not cancerous. Waffles has been recovering well and had her follow up appointment on August 17, 2011. The vet said that her stitches look good. Waffles had additional bloodwork and they found a tick borne bacteria in her blood. She is on an anitbiotic treatment for 30 days.
