Hello: My name is Cheryl Katherine Wash and I am a non-profit independent publisher located in Chicago, IL. I provide a platform for muted voices to become fluted positive diverse voices in the community. I received this email from an author that I would like to publish—Jon-Keith Evans. He would like to attend the Vancouver Winter Olympic Games. He plans to publish a book about how to attend the Olympics and share with children in the community based off his experiences. Jon has Asperger’s Syndrome—a cousin to Autism and Hyperlexia and was not diagnosed until 47 years old. Jon-Keith is now 56 and I would like to help his dream to come true  Below is a copy of his email.

"Ever since my childhood, I liked, not only to read, but to do some of the things I read about!

That Read-Do Dynamic has enabled me to attend the Montreal Summer Olympics in 1976, and the 1984 Los Angeles Summer Olympics! That Read-Do Dynamic has also resulted in my writing a Sports/Adventure/How-To book that would enable other people to attend not only an Olympic Games, but whatever special event a person might desire.

My reason for wanting to attend the Vancouver Winter Olympic Games, is to continue that Read-Do Dynamic, and to update the information that made me so successful these first two times out!

There has been a lot of talk about getting more young people to read. This is a clear case where learning to read can go beyond just getting ahead in school.

The Read-Do case can possibly break the cycle of negativity in the community by showing that there are alternatives.
Jon Evans"
I, his publisher, would like to gift him with a trip to the Winter Games in Vancouver with your help.
Sincerely,
Cheryl Katherine Wash
