The family & friends of Margarita Perez are uniting to raise money to help with her battle against breast cancer. Please show your support!

LOVE ME IN PINK. My mother is fighting like a warrior, clawing like a bear and swimming like a champion to defeat breast cancer. You know, the thing is, that breast cancer can happen to anyone! I lost my grandmother in 2007 to breast cancer. We never imagined losing my grandmother to breast cancer, she was healthier than me (and I have multiple sclerosis)! She had no signs and by the time she told us something was not right, it was too late. Now, 4 years later, my mother is diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer. I will not lose my mother to breast cancer, I will help her fight this disease and I hope you're able to join me too. So many organizations do fundraisers for the cure of breast cancer and that's almost magical. But, we forget one thing, who is going to help the victim of this disease? Who is going to help the victims pay for gas, food and rent when they can't work? My mother has always supported breast cancer research and fundraiser such as Susan G. Komen. She needs help now and these organizations only help towards research.

My mother had to quit her job in order to get the medical help she desperately needed. My mother loved making other people look beautiful. She's an amazing hairdresser. Now, my mother has lost all of her hair, eyelashes, and eyebrows due to chemotherapy.

Sometimes, I wish it was me with breast cancer. I'm younger, my husband is in the U.S Air Force and I have amazing health insurance. Yes, I have Multiple Sclerosis, but its OK, it makes me stronger (I'm not in wheel chair yet).

My mother is fighting this disease like a warrior. She is not alone. We will be by her side fighting this disease till the end.

Any donation would be appreciated, as you can see we have a lot to raise. Please pass this along to anyone you know. The more people who get this, the better chance we may have at getting the help my Mom needs.
