Please help relieve the stress of the medical and household bills so Tony and Renee can concentrate on helping him survive this!

Tony is a married father of two beautiful children, only 30 years old, and in desperate need of a heart transplant thanks to a virus that shut down his heart, lungs and liver.

He is struggling every day ~ trying to survive and needs our help.

Because he is in the hospital (currently at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, OH) until the transplant can be done, he can not work, and the family is surviving only on his wife, Renee's, income ~ which has basically been all of her vacation/sick/personal days for the year, while she is with him at the hospital, leaving their two children in the care of family.

They have insurance, but the hospital doesn't accept it, and every day he is in the hospital is costing the family thousands. Because they are being treated out of state, Michigan Human Services can not assist in any way, nor can they get assistance from Ohio, because they are not residents.

Tony married his high school sweetheart, Renee, straight out of school. Their daughter, Alexandra, is an accomplished clarinet player, and son, Nicholas is an avid football player.

Tony is the son of Dee and Ray Porter of Goodrich Mi, and Russ and Sheila Hartwick of Clio Mi. He has two brothers, Domanick Hartwick of Bay City, and Joseph Hartwick of Goodrich.

Tony graduated from Kearsley High School Flint Mi in 1999. Nick plays for the Hornets, and Alex cheerleads for the them as well.

He has worked for years for Aaron's Rental in Flint - helping people everyday, tirelessly. Not having his income has seriously jeopardized the families financial security.

Please help us help the Hartwicks! Show you love and support to the family with a generous donation!
