Cancer the great unknown
This fundraiser was started on my behalf by my oldest friend. Just like the cancer itself, the money needed can take so much out of you.
In 2011 around the spring time, I noticed a mole that started itching on my back, was told my family members and a few friends that IT was just a birthmark.
Shortly after the itching started I went to my family Dr., and he said, "You don't have anything to worry about unless it starts to look like a spider web." Which of course, I found out a little later about the Cancer ABC's - Asymmetrical, Border, Color, etc. I already had most of the signs of Melanoma but didn't know it.
Shortly after arrival to the Atlanta area last May, went to a Internal Medicine Dr and he referred me to a Dermatologist and then onto the Surgery Cancer Dr. - The quick action of the Surgery Cancer Dr. took a while to sink in, NOT even understanding the whole diagnosis of My Cancer.
Again, just like the Cancer itself, the amount of money needed is exhausting. Like, for fuel to make trips to Hospital for evaluation, surgery, CT Scans, full body scans, Dr. visits and still waiting on More information aat this time from Cancer Dr..
Going to Cancer Dr. next week for see what his plan of action is for me.
At this time, I am Stage four melanoma and have been for at least eight weeks now, since the Cancer was found in my liver. They tell me it is one big spot and four little ones.
any prayers and or monetary contributions will be big help to me.
