On October 14, 2011 Jason was en route to go hunting with family and friends. Jason was traveling alone and had almost made it to his destination when he was in a car accident. The details are a little unclear as to the cause of the accident but Jason's truck had rolled. He has suffered many injuries including hair-line fractures in his back, a collapsed lung and part of his ear had been severed. The most serious of his injuries was the trauma he sustained to his brain. He was airlifted to St. Anthony's Central and was in the ICU for quite some time. He was moved to neurology to receive therapy until he was ready to be transferred to Craig. He has been successfully transferred to Craig hospital where he will undergo intense therapy.
Any donation is greatly appreciated and the family thanks you for your contribution.
