Selected as 1 of 45 of the country's top female tackle football players chosen to represent USA.

Jamie Menzyk has been selected to the first ever USA Football's Women's National Team. As one of 45 women selected from the 1,800 female atheltes across 51 Independent Women's Football League (IWFL) teams, she will represent the United States of America in the first International Federation of American Football (IFAF) Women’s World Championship in Stockholm, this summer. There are 6 countries competing : United States, Canada, Sweden, Germany, Finland, and Austria. Team USA will conduct training camp in Round Rock, Texas, in mid-June before departing for Stockholm on June 24.

As a member of the 2009 IWFL All-Star team, Jamie is honored to be chosen to Team USA.

After competing one year on Whiting High School's football team, Jamie could never get football out of her blood. In 2007, she became a part of a family that filled the void she had the 5 previous years: the Chicago Force. Entering her 4th season as Right Guard, the Chicago Force and Jamie have one goal: to win an IWFL Championship. With the mindset of a champion, Jamie Menzyk is ready to make the United States proud and BRING HOME THE GOLD!!!! Please take part in this history-making event and help make this dream a reality.
