My father, a diabetic with kidney failure, needs financial support to pay for the countless medications he needs a month.

On November 29th, 2010, my father (a diabetic with kidney failure) was involved in a car accident in North Carolina when his blood sugar level dropped. Thankfully, he wasn't seriously injured, but the car was completely totaled.

The newly inflated cost of insurance will already affect my parent's constrained budget. As a result, I've started this fund to help pay for one aspect of my parents monthly bills; the cost of my father's monthly medications. Though my father is covered by some government funding, he is still required to pay around $100 a month. It seems like a small amount, but my parents are already burdened with countless other bills ranging from rent to previous surgeries and hospital visits.

I would like to see if we can raise $1,380 (10% of which goes directly to this website) to help my father obtain the $1,200 average he spends on medication for an entire year. Any donation amount will be helpful.
