The family and friends of Xavier Waldow-Walker are uniting to raise money for medical and other expenses related to his health care!!

On December 16, 2011 - a hero was born! Xavier J-Lee Waldow-Walker came into this world ready to fight! Shortly after his delivery by c-section, it was discovered that Xavier, whom his family calls "X-Man", had suffered a stroke in utero and was experiencing hydrocephalus (water on the brain.) He was immediately taken to Loma Linda Children's hospital, about 180 miles from his family's home in Blythe, California.

X-Man spent the first month of his life at Loma Linda, while the family spent some time at the Ronald McDonald House. Xavier is a lucky little guy with 2 older sisters, Kennedy and Channon. Trips between Loma Linda and Blythe to care for the girls, maintain the home, get clothes, and do laundry were necessary, and costly.

Xavier's future is promising. No one knows the extent of the brain damage and no one will really know how he has been affected until he reaches certain milestones, and at what point. What his family does know, is that Xavier is facing an uphill battle, including lots of trips to Loma Linda, lots of doctors appointments, including costly procedures and surgeries.

Anything you can give to help lessen the monetary burden for Xavier's family is deeply appreciated. Prayers and good, loving thoughts are needed everyday as well! Thank you in advance for your generosity!
