On June 10, 2012 we are holding our annual Poker Run with benefits going to 8 year old Shelby Haworth. Please join us if possible.

Eight year old Shelby Haworth was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) on February 28th. Shelby lives in Billings, Montana and has a five year old sister, Jordan. Shelby's family has been chosen as the 2012 recipient of The Helping Hands Poker Run proceeds. Thank you so much for stopping by and please leave a note of encouragement and help us support this family.

About The Helping Hands Poker Run:

The Helping Hands Poker Run, Inc. has been raising money for families with severely ill children for over 20 years. We have helped 23 families defray medical costs that their insurance companies will not cover or their benefits are depleted. The money raised by the poker run, silent auction, raffle and donations is paid directly to the hospital, doctor or used for medication. After all medical bills are brought up to date, the child then receives a gift (clothing, toy, school supplies, etc.) If there is any additional money, it will be rolled over to help next years recipient or depending on the amount used to help an additional child in need. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions or are interested in donating/ coming on the run.
