Dachshund needs surgery to walk again. He needs an MRI and back surgery for a second time. All funds raised will go towards this.please help

Loomis is a 7 year old male dachshund born on Halloween 2003. He suffers from IVDD Intervertebral Disc Disease. Back in October 2010, he became paralyzed in his hind legs. We took him to Garden State Veterinary Specialist and they recommended surgery. On 10-23-2010 He underwent under surgery to perform a right-sided T13-11 hemilaminectomy, a large amount of extruded cartilaginous disk material was removed. With a wonderful surgeon and the help of God and all the prayers that have gone out to my little dachshund, he regained use of his hind legs! He seemed to be so grateful by all the kisses he gave me afterward. But now on Loomis has another disc problem, perhaps in another location in his back, and is once again nearly paralyzed in his hind legs and in pain. Its very sad that he made such an improvement only to be left again as he was back in October. The doctor has recommended an MRI which is 2,800.00 and again he would need back surgery, which I am estimating would be 4000.00. The first surgery cost 5200.00 without the MRI. I had to take out a charge card offered by the hospital and gave all I had. I cannot afford another surgery, nor a MRI for my little guy. If anyone can help Loomis Walk again, please give him a chance. God Bless all who are in distress with any animal , I know you understand the pain. I thank you all for giving Loomis a second chance . Love Lisa
