Please support Jinny and her battle against this disease.

In 2004, my godmother, Jinny, went to the ER because of a large tumor on her stomach. After tests being done, the words no one wants to hear came out of the doctors mouth, "cancer". She was misdiagnosed with ovarian cancer, but after being sent to a specialist in Texas, they realized it was cervical. After two years of extensive chemotherapy, aggressive radiation treatment, the cancer returning twice, and a partial hysterectomy, we thought she had completely battled the heartbreaking disease.

Now in 2012, all of her symptoms and many others have returned. Following a very difficult divorce, Jinny lost all forms of insurance that she had. We have tried everything from SoonerCare to the American Cancer Society to get her something so she can return to the doctor for tests and treatment. She recently went for blood tests which confirmed her blood cell and platelet count abnormal. To continue to the next step of testing, she needs either insurance or money to get her there.

On top of this, at 38 years old, Jinny also has diabetes and a rare heart disease called Repetitive Monomorphic Ventricular Tachycardia. Without insurance, or the funds needed, she cannot afford to even get insulin to control her diabetes which is also affecting her organs.

Jinny is that person with a huge heart, that helps others as much as she can. She is a mother of four, yet still makes time to be a taxi cab and a shoulder to lean on to everyone else. I am 24 years old and currently live with her. No matter what i need, day or night, she is always there for me when she doesn't need to be. No matter how much she is hurting, she is always there for anyone who calls.

Please help us get the help we need to get her the treatment she needs to survive and battle this disease. Her kids, family, and the world need her to stick around awhile.

Thank you,
Heather Vojacek
