This is the Diesel Thompson-Bryant surgery fund. The money will be used to help cure Diesel's hip dysplasia.

Diesel is an eight month old American Bulldog with severe hip dysplasia. His owners always noticed slight awkwardness when he would try to stand from laying, or his inability to run in a full sprint while at play. Not thinking much of it at first, they finally asked their vet to check him out. The news was bad; severe hip dysplasia was the cause of his mobility troubles. Hip dysplasia is an abnormal formation of the hip socket that, in its more severe form, can eventually cause crippling lameness and painful arthritis of the joints. It is common in many dog breeds, particularly the larger breeds.

The fact that he is only eight months old is good news that it was caught early, and they can get him the help he needs. The bad news is that the surgery is quite pricey for two college students.

His owners love and care for him very much. We are asking for donations to help out with the surgery. The amount you give, however large or small, is greatly appreciated!
