Bailey is a beagle and needs a $4-5k surgery on his neck due to a disc disorder. Please can you help save a disabled woman's dog?

I have always loved animals, ever since I was a child. I get that from my grandfather. I have 5 cats, all strays I have taken in off the streets, one diabetic controlled with insulin and one blind, and now my 6y/o Red Ticked Beagle Bailey has just been diagnosed with Inter-Vertebral Disc Disease (IVDD). I need a miracle! He is in SO much pain it is unbearable to watch. He wakes me up with his yelps and brings me to tears. I have exhausted my funds getting an x-ray, pain & anti-inflammatory medications, consultations with a orthopedic specialist and 10 laser treatments. I was told the laser treatments are not a fix that they only help with the pain and don't always help. The surgery he needs is going to cost 4-5k. My Care Credit is maxed out from vet bills for my diabetic cat, a cat I had 14 years that I had to have euthanized in November for heart problems, and what I paid so far for the treatments and care he's received. My family has contributed $500. The vet will not take payments only Care Credit, which I mentioned I have maxed out. I know everyone says their pet is the best around and I won't say any different. Bailey loves to go camping, watch the squirrels on the porch that I feed nuts to, take rides in the Jeep and have his ears flap in the wind. He is a HAM, he makes me laugh on a daily basis. He is a typical Beagle and LOVES everything about FOOD. With this surgery he could be pain free, get his quality of life back and make a full recovery from this injury. He is THE BEST companion I could have ever wanted, I will never find another dog like him, EVER. With all my medical bills, I just cannot afford such an expensive surgery. It is literally making me SICK. I know what joint pain feels like, I have had it almost my entire life, I am now 41 and have had it since I was a young teen. If I could take his pain I would in a heartbeat. He helps me so much just knowing that I have someone who loves me as much as I love him. It's hard knowing that he is in pain with a condition similar to my own and that I cannot afford the proper treatment. It is tearing me apart. I have not slept or eaten in days. This dog is my world. He goes everywhere with me that he can. I have had to deal with the increasing inability to do things I loved all my life. Feeling left out when people would go white water rafting, played volleyball, hiking, etc. I can't allow a similar condition to separate me from my best pal and absolutely refuse to give up him! I am unable to have children and only ever wanted a house full of them, this is as close as I will ever get other than my adorable niece. My "furry" babies are my children, my family. I can't imagine my life without them.

I am 41 and have suffered with psoriatic arthritis since I was a teen. I also have Mitral Valve Prolapse and Atrial Fibrillation, Fibromyalgia and Anklyosing Spondilitis. I have been on Social Security Disability and Medicare since 2005. I make a little money from home working for a friend that runs a nutrition practice. This was to help make ends meet. I have both wrists fused, a thumb fused, a ring finger fused, all my toes fused. I just had surgery 12/5/2011 to rebuild my right foot - lots of pins, removal of the metatarsal heads and plates/ screws in my big toe to fuse everything straight. I JUST got over the recovery from that and out of a cast and then 2 weeks ago, 2/22/12, I had to have emergency surgery to remove my gallbladder. Being on a disability income is tight enough. Now I have so many deductibles from my surgeries and buying medical equipment that I have gone through my savings. My family is paying one of my deductibles (2 surgeries/ 2 calendar years = DOUBLE the deductibles), an outpatient deductible and 20% co-insurance, plus the medical equipment I had to purchase and rent that were not covered. With my family chipping in for one of my deductibles, $1156, I have taped them out in the last couple of weeks since I had my gallbladder out. It's been a bad 4 months. I had one of my cats of 14 years put down in November, major foot surgery in December and then my gallbladder surgery a few weeks ago in February. On a 22k a year income from Social Security Disability his needed surgery is 1/4 what I make in a year.

Please can you help??
