After a couple trips to the doctor and a trip to the hospital on October 13th Brianna was diagnosed with T-Cell non Hodgkin lymphoma. She is going through chemotherapy and seems to be doing well with it. After having such a rough start at life.

Brianna just started phase three of a very long and hard chemo treatment.

This phase should last from eight to ten weeks and is very aggressive.

She is very strong and has gone through so much, when she was born she was addicted to crack cocaine and had a lot of withdrawals and issues as an infant, I adopted her when she was two but she has been with my family since the day she was born. After five years of doing great and developing at a normal pace we thought we were all in the clear until one day I noticed a small lump in her groin area. After a few trips to her pediatrician and him telling me that she was fine I noticed that it had gotten larger. I rushed her to the hospital and the next day she was diagnosed with T Cell- Non Hodgkins Lymphoma. Our financial situation has not been the best as I was laid off from my job and her dad has been on workman's compensation for over a year due to a knee injury at work but we have been getting by. With our lack of income and todays economy our home has been placed in foreclosure and we are doing what we can to avoid loosing it, as Brianna has three other siblings and relocating would not be an option at this time.

Thank you for your help and support.
