Once again To all my friends, & loved ones and people i dont know words can not describe how much it means to me for all your help.

Hi im Joseph Wilkas some of you know me.Unfortunately ive been suffering from ulcerated colitis for 25 years, to find out 5 months ago from a colonoscopy pathology report i have dysplasia (pre-cancer) cells in 4 parts of my colon (my whole large intestines. Upon seeing a surgeon I have no choice but to under go a surgery called a j-pouch surgery in which they remove the whole colon (large intestines) and place you with a stoma bag which is like a colostomy bag for 8 weeks.the 2nd part of the surgery is to remove the stoma bag once i can have a bowel movement which will be 8 to 10 times a day.The surgeon has told me that this is going to be a very painful and long recovery. In which my insurance isnt going to cover all my medical bills, medical supplies, and the special diet i will have to be on, and i will be unable to work what so ever for a long time leaving me with no source to buy or get these supplies or food, or pay the medical bills. So I am please asking you to donate as much as possible no matter how much it would be greatly appreciated since there will be no source of income to live at all on during this whole recovery. I want to thank you all that help me and you are all in my heart and in my prayers, i thank you sincerely Joseph Wilkas..and my
surgery will be at uconn hospital on May 10th so further updates will be posted on how i am doing and again thank you all so much from the bottom of my heart joe
