In support of the family of Mario Molina to raise funds to help with basic necessities and medical expensives. Please support the cause!

I'm in tears as I type this... I REALLY do not know what to do at this point. I came to El Salvador to start a life with the father of my son, and for my son to know his father. On Thursday, October 11, 2012 about 12 o’clock in the afternoon, I received a call from a doctor who stated Mario was in a motorcycle accident.

Mario suffered for hours in the public hospital, but when I arrived with the private medical staff and ambulance to transfer him to a private facility. I saw my love lying on the stretcher with a cloth wrap over his head, naked with only a sheet over him, and a man standing over him pumping air into him with a hand oxygen pump. My first thought, he is going to die! I scream in panic, forgetting that I have our two year old son in my arms. "HE IS GOING TO DIE!" My love died for 5 minutes! I thank God for the private medical staff, because the public hospital was not equipped to save him. God has shown many signs of miracles, upon arrival he made it through head surgery, kidney malfunction, blood transfusion, ventilator and more. Thus far, we are grateful and have a lot to thankful for.

We are unable to afford medical cost so, Mario was transferred to another public hospital. At this present moment, he’s lays in bed sedated and wears a neck brace, but he’s able to speak. He’s unable to feed, bathe etc, but he does have minimal usage of arms and legs. In addition to problem with his pancreas he has signs of short term memory loss. Our world is turn upside down which ultimately has had an impact on other family lives too... I am not able to care for my love for long periods, because my child is not allowed in this public hospital.

As result of this misfortune we are reaching out to the public for assistance, because Mario was the sole provider for our family. He was the protector, breadwinner, and I can honest say that Mario have done everything in his power to make this our home.
