This is Tori's fund for the amazing opportunity that is the Greenpeace Semester! The funds will help her reach her goals !

Dear Friends,

This semester I have the exciting opportunity to be a part of the Greenpeace Semester! This program is a training course for college students interested in taking an active part in environmental activism.

As you probably know, working to save our environment and every living creature in it is an issue I have always been extremely passionate about. Only a small number of students are selected for this term(10-15 throughout the whole United States and Canada!) and honestly, this is an opportunity I just can't afford to miss.

This program includes so many opportunities for me to learn how to really make a difference and work on the issues I am passionate about. I'll take part in workshops on everything from working with volunteers, getting my story in the media, lobbying decision makers, and even inspiring others to take action.

During this semester, we will also get to learn about the issues Greenpeace addresses worldwide. My class will also travel for about two weeks of the program to work on a real campaign somewhere in the United States.

As amazing as this experience is, it will not be possible without your support. I'm reaching out for your help in raising the tuition and separate cost of living for this amazing opportunity. I plan on coming back to our community with the skills I've learning to bring the fight for a sustainable future home. With your help, this could be a reality.

I've set a fundraising goal of $3,500. I am working extremely hard to make sure I can reach this goal, but I need your help to get me a step closer to making this amazing opportunity a reality. The program's tuition is $3,950, plus the extra money for housing/living expenses, and really any amount helps.
