The family and friends of Manny Guerrero, uniting to raise money to help with his battle against leukemia. Please show your support!

On October 06, 2011 our vibrant and energetic 3 year old son began his fight with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). He has been in and out of the hospital since then. Life has consisted of various chemos, steroids, anti- nausea medications and much more.
Manny has had to grow up pretty fast, learning new routines that no child should ever have to know.

Manny charms everyone he meets with the vibrant personality he has. He has even had the opportunity to meet and charm former packer player William Henderson and Miss America 2012 thanks to Children's Hospital.
He currently has a port placed in his chest that allows him to receive his chemo, blood products, and other medications. He has been quite courageous through this process thus far accompanied with anxiety.
It has been very hard on the entire family and trying to "normalize" his life as much as possible is becoming more difficult. He has spent almost every other week for days at a time in the hospital receiving chemo. He has had to learn how to take medications that even an adult would think twice about.

Epi (Manny's dad) has decided to be Manny's caretaker at home, leaving his employment and dreams of attending school aside.
Anna (Manny's mom) continues to work full-time trying to keep the household a float.

It is very hard as you can imagine seeing a child go through this, but this becomes even harder when a family has to struggle financially.
Driving back and forth from the hospital (sometimes many times a day), medications, insurance premiums, and unexpected medical costs add up very fast.

"It takes a village", as a village we can help ease Manny's fight against leukemia and continue to give him and his family strength and support.
Your donations and support are greatly appreciated.
