Help our kids get their mom back by donating to Natasha's neurosurgery expense fund to help us pay for out of pocket costs.

"Her fight is our fight"
My wife's name is Natasha, and she just turned 30 years old. We have four great kids together, and we enjoy the simple things in life. I guess I never realized how much we all relied on her for everything until she wasn't able to be there for us like she has all these years. Natasha is an extremely hardworking loving mom who always put the needs of others before herself. She has spent the last 11 years caring for our Autistic son and each of our children with selflessness & dedication. She always worked hard to help support our family so our kids could have a better future. After losing her job to a business closure she began attending college and has maintained a 4.0 GPA, and has been nominated for Golden Key Honor status, as well as, receiving a nomination from the National Society of Collegiate Scholars.
About a month ago my wife woke up and was unable to walk and was in unbearable pain. Through many tests, MRI's, and other procedures it was determined that she had a spinal condition involving several vertebrae including her L5S1 which was completely smashing the main nerve which runs down the length of her left leg. This has caused not only constant & severe pain, but complete numbness and weakness of the left leg which has impaired her mobility. The only solution is a neurosurgery procedure performed on the spine which will free the sciatic nerve which will allow her left leg to function normally.

Why we need your help:
We live in rural town, and there is only a small health care system available to patients of this area. Anything involving specialists or surgical procedures must be performed in other areas of the state. My wife's doctor has advised her that we need to raise money so that we can take her to a medical facility that is several hundred miles away for treatment. However, our family would have to remain there while she received treatment and surgery. We have been given a timeline of two weeks stay for the initial visit, clearance for surgery, and recovery. We must also return after the surgery for post surgical checkups once a month for three months. We need to raise money for the travel expenses, and to find a place for our kids to stay while she has her surgery. I am employed, but since my wife hasn't been able to work because of her inability to move around we are struggling financially. We have been scraping by, but we just do not have any money to get her out to receive the care she needs nor do we have any family or friends we can rely on for financial help.
