Raising for medical costs not covered by insurance for Monessa's angioplasty procedure. Your donations and support is greatly appreciated.

To go through life without encountering obstacles and hitting speed bumps is almost impossible. We take what is given and dealt to us and we try to make the best of it.

One such person that has been through so much and continues to be a strong, determined, faithful, and loving person is my wife Monessa Tainatongo Nauta. In the last ten years it's been a roller coaster ride for her (some days happy, some days sad). In 2000, my wife lost her mother who suffered a heart attack at a very young age.

Several years later on October 9, 2006 my wife gave birth to a very beautiful baby boy (Jude R.T. Nauta). However, our dear lord called upon Jude to be our angel from heaven hours after he was born.

Exactly one year after the birth of our son, Monessa gave birth to our second child Judea R.T. Nauta on October 9, 2007. However, the same would occur as the LORD called her to be our angel in heaven with her brother.

Despite going through all that, my wife continued to be the loving and caring person she has always been. She continued to put others before herself and gave selflessly to whatever she was able to.

On May 2, 2011 we hit another obstacle in life's path. My wife suffered a heart attack and was hospitalized for about a week. According to the advise from her doctor, she needed to see a cardiologist just to be sure things are fine. We took the first step and she had an ANGIOGRAM done with off-island specialist that were here in Guam. Results from the procedure determined that my wife needed to be taken off-island to do another procedure (ANGIOPLASTY) or as the doctor put it: three to four stents were needed as she had moderate to severe blockage in her arteries.

With the help of family, friends, and donors I am hoping that we can reach our goal to cover any medical cost and expenses as we are trying to leave Guam on the first week of July.
