Bing and Baxter were rescued from a puppy mill/kennel situation in LaFayette, IN.

Bing and Baxter are two apricot fawn pug brothers that were rescued in LaFayette, IN; Bing is 6.5 years and Baxter will turn 2 years old next month.

The rescue organization and their trainer/behaviorist believes they were most likely part of a puppy mill operation and kept in cages, only getting human contact when fed and little to no contact with other dogs.

As a result, both have issues managing their impulses and socializing with other dogs. They will be fine but need special medical attention and therapy.

Baxter has seasonal and food allergies. Now that he's on a special, restricted diet his skin has cleared up, he's not scratching incessantly and he likes playing with toys again.

Help is needed in raising money to provide these pugs with a new chance at a healthy, happy life. Both will require intensive training with an experienced dog behaviorist to rehabilitate them and re-socialize them with people and other dogs. Bing and Baxter both have some special medical and nutritional needs, so this money would also ensure those needs are met, too.
