The family and friends of John Drury are uniting to raise money to help him get the much needed bone marrow heart stem cells.

John Drury is a 44 year old family man who was suddenly diagnosed 4 years ago with Coronary Artery Disease that resulted in triple heart bypass surgery. A month later one of the bypass graphs failed resulting in a heart attack. Since then he has had 14 heart catheterizations and 5 stints. John was sent to Cincinnati for procedures not offered in Louisville. Since then he has developed more arterial blockages that is inoperatable. His family has large mounting medical bills that have even resulted in one of the local hospitals refusing services.
John recently traveled to Covington Louisiana for a consultation for a heart stem cell study that uses your own bone marrow. He was told at the meeting by Dr. Lasala with TCA Cellular that he would not be a canidate for the trial because he lives in another state (john lives in Kentucky). He did offer John a wonderful hope though. He is willing to provide his service free of charge. John will have to pay the stem cell lab for the cultivating of his stem cells to prepare them for injection in his heart. The cost of the lab is 20,000. John has worked in maintenence all of his life and his wife is a pharmacy tech at a clinic for the mentally ill. Both John and his wife live a very modest life style in 900 square foot home in Louisville, KY with their two sons. With no savings and medical debt in the ten's of thousands they need your help.
John once was active and loved camping, now he isnt able to walk in a grocery store. He suffers from depression as he isn't able to participate in regular daily life chores. When you once were active, camping, baseball, walking your dog to not being able to cook dinner for your family at 44 years old its overwhelming sad.
We are reaching out to anyone out there that may read this to help us.
