This page is created for my son Marc who needs an Adapted Mini Van for his wheelchair. All funds will be used for this purpose.

Hello. My son's name is Marc Anthony. He was born severely premature at 23 weeks. He was considered to be a micro preemie. He only weighed a mere 1 pound and 3oucnes. He had many complications when he was born. He had brain bleeds which caused him to have Hydrocephalus in which he has shunts in his head for, he has Cerebral Palsy, Epilepsy in which he has a Vagus Nerve Stimulator for, Chronic Lung Disease, Significant Cortical Visual Impairments which makes him Legally Blind, he feeds through a G-Tube and he has a Neurogenic Bladder in which we have to cath him every 4 hours. He has Scoliosis and his Orthopedic Dr tells me he will always be in a wheelchair. It's just myself and Marc. I do work, but only part-time because the rest of the time I have to take care of Marc. Due to unforseen circumstances I can't get Marc an adapted mini van on my own. This leaves us in a real pickle. It is very hard to get around these days. I only have a 2 door car, A Chevy Cobalt, which was purchased long before Marc was born, and Marc is only getting bigger. It is very difficult to get him in the backseat with all his medical equipment and his private duty nurse. He is now almost 5 and almost 45 pounds. He has a big boy wheelchair now and that can't fit into the car. Marc and I need your help so that he can ride to all his doctor appointments the way he should be going, in his wheelchair and that it will be safe too. I just want him to be like your average little boy. I want him to go places and do things with me, family, and friends. Right now he can't do those things because of our situation. We can't even do something as simple as going to the local grocery store together because of this. Could you please help me by making a donation, no matter how big or small. Thank you
