Todd is a former Navy Chief. He had stage 3 colon cancer, leaving him with numerous health issues and the desperate need of an adustable bed

My husband served in the US Navy for more than 15 years. He was diagnosed with a stage 3 colon cancer just over 6 years. He had six months of chemo which left him with permanent neuropathy and severe stomach problems. During the treatment we discovered that he has a genetic blood clotting disorder, requiring blood thinners for the rest of his life.
Several months after treatment ended, he developed fibromyalgia. The Fibromyalgia has left him unable to walk unaided most days. He spends most of his time in his recliner or wheelchair. He can no longer wrestle with our children, go to a store, hunt, fish, or take care of his own personal needs. He still does his best to help care for our 4 children but he can no longer manage moving our oldest son who is Autistic.
Our old bed was so worn out and flat that it was painful for my husband to get in and out of. His doctor suggested he get an adustable med to aid him in relief of his muscle pain and something that could massage him to help with the clotting problems. We were able to raise money for a down payment on such a bed but what we need now is to raise the balance to pay off the amount we had to finance. We do have good insurance, which we are grateful for but they do not cover things like this. Our income is very limited and we would appreciate any help that you can give us.
