Steps for Steve is raising money for Steve Dixon's rehabilitation and medical expenses after a tragic spinal cord injury. Please donate!

Please help a loving father, husband, brother, and son.

On July 3rd of 2010, Steve Dixon of Howell, New Jersey was involved in a catastrophic motocross accident that left him paralyzed below his T7 vertebra. After spending 10 long days at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital's SICU and Trauma unit, he was transferred to JFK Johnson Rehabilitation Institute. Steve and his loving wife Rose had tried to make fiscal ends meet by owning a very small business together; Steve was very literally the entire screen printing department, so the business is more than suffering. The financial situation has reached a devastating point that prevents Steve from receiving out-patient rehabilitation (this being 6 months after his release from in-patient rehabilitation) so his possible recovery is not only being delayed but may in fact be denied all together. Steve's progress in the hospital was extraordinary... his doctors told him he would walk again one day. The medical bills have piled up quicker than one can imagine, to the tune of hundreds of thousands of dollars. With no help from health insurance and no steady source of income, Steve, his wife Rose, and his two children, Kevin and Crissy, face a long and arduous road ahead. Please help to pay for out-patient rehabilitation services and medical expenses for a man who knew no greater source of fulfillment in life than helping a friend in need.

I am authoring this as his daughter, Crissy. I am a 19-year-old student at Rutgers University and I would like nothing more than to dance with my father on my wedding day.
