Fight for Christian is a site composed to help raise funds for Christian Anthony Seda, a 11 year old boy who is battling Burkitts Lymphoma.

On August 9th 2010 , my nephew Christian Anthony Seda was diagnosed with Burkitts Lymphoma (cancer of the lymphnodes). He has had several rounds of chemotherapy and several operations resulting in him having an ileostomy (a hole in his stomach connected to a bag to remove waste). Chris was born with Gastroschisis, which is a condition in which an infant's intestines are on the outside of the body due to a defect on one side of the umbilical cord. He underwent multiple operations to repair this leaving him with severe abdominal scaring. Now with Chris’ diagnosis of cancer, he has had multiple exploratory surgeries leaving him with even more scaring. For all that he has had to endure, Chris remains optimistic and has proven to be an inspiration to many due to the strength and dignity he is showing at a young age. You just cant wipe the smile off his face, even if you tried. For all that Chris has been through he and his family still have a long fight ahead of them. Chris must endure chemotherapy for a minimum of 6 to 9 months. Once the cancer has been eradicated, Chris will require major plastic surgery to repair his severe abdominal scarring. This is not only a long procedure but also costly. This disease is not only affecting Chris but his family too, both Mom and Dad have not left his bedside since the start of this battle. They, along with younger brother Angel and sister Brianna face this battle together and continue to draw strength from each other despite the loss of wages for both parents

I will do whatever it takes to help my family get through the most difficult time of their lives. I have created this site in hopes of raising funds to help offset the steep medical costs they face. Please help me reach my goal to present them with a check at Christmas for 5 thousand dollars.

Please help support Chris and his family by giving them one less worry and a ton of encouragement.

Thank you to all in advance for the support you have shown during this difficult time.

Anthony Seda and Family.
